NAD+ IV Therapy & Injections · Edmond & Oklahoma City
Maybe it's the kind of tired a full night's sleep doesn't quite touch anymore. Maybe recovery takes longer than it used to, or your focus fades earlier in the day. NAD+ therapy is one option our APRN-CNP providers may use to help support your body's own cellular energy — offered by IV infusion, injection, or provider-prescribed at-home options, always personalized to your goals and always under medical supervision.

Patient education
Why NAD+ levels may decline with age.
Research suggests NAD+ levels may decline as part of the natural aging process, and factors like ongoing stress, inconsistent sleep, and intense physical demands may contribute to that decline as well. That is part of why NAD+ has become a popular wellness option for adults looking to support their energy and cellular health as they get older.
If you're just starting to notice the shift.
Maybe nothing is "wrong," exactly — you just don't bounce back the way you used to, and sleep doesn't reset you like it once did. That's a common enough reason patients first ask us about NAD+, and it's a fair place to start a conversation, not a diagnosis.
If you've already done your research.
Many patients come to us already knowing they want NAD+ and simply need help choosing a delivery method that fits their schedule and goals. We won't oversell what the research does or doesn't show — our APRN-CNP providers will walk you through what NAD+ is, what it isn't, and whether it's a good fit before recommending a protocol.
Get started
You don't need to already know which form, dose, or protocol is right — that's exactly what the conversation is for. Tell one of our APRN-CNPs what's actually going on (the fatigue, the slower recovery, the afternoon fog), and they'll review your health history with you and help you decide, honestly, whether NAD+ therapy fits your body right now.
A member of our team will reach out within one business day.
The Pristine approach
At Pristine Health, NAD+ isn't a drip you order off a menu without a conversation first. Before anyone here recommends a protocol, we want the fuller picture — your energy patterns, sleep, stress load, and goals — so your plan is built around your body rather than a one-size-fits-all schedule. NAD+ can be one part of a personalized wellness plan, and we won't sell it to you as a substitute for that groundwork. If you're curious about the fuller-picture side of things, our Functional Medicine team goes deeper on root-cause evaluation.
Pristine Health was founded by Carley McLaughlin, APRN-CNP, on the belief that patients deserve more time and more answers than a rushed visit typically allows. That founding idea shapes every consultation here: our providers take the time to ask why you're tired, not just whether you want an infusion. A 28-year-old training for a race and a 55-year-old exploring healthy-aging support don't need the same plan — your provider helps you choose the option that fits, and checks in with you as it progresses. From your first visit through every session that follows, your care stays under the supervision of a licensed APRN-CNP.
Is NAD+ therapy right for you?
A few honest questions before you book anything — there's no wrong answer, and this isn't a diagnosis. It's a starting point for your conversation with a provider.
However you answered, the next step is the same — a consultation with one of our providers, who can look at your whole picture and help match your goals to the right delivery method and protocol. It isn't a one-size-fits-all fix; it's a real conversation worth having.
Request a ConsultationIV protocol tiers & packages
Our three IV protocols are built around different goals and different levels of commitment. Your provider will confirm which is the right starting point at your consultation — this isn't a self-select menu. Each tier shows its price range across the protocol, plus the built-in savings when a full package is paid up front.
May support the body's natural cellular repair processes and overall wellness.
May support cellular regeneration and healthy aging.
A higher-dose protocol that may support mitochondrial function and cellular energy.
Every package is built with your provider — not pre-set for you. Many patients start with a shorter protocol and extend once they and their provider see how they're responding, so there's no pressure to commit to the full package on day one. If you do choose to pay for a full protocol up front, the savings are locked in at booking.
Ask Your Provider Which Tier Fits YouWays to receive NAD+
NAD+ is available three ways at Pristine Health. Your provider will help you decide which — or which combination — fits your goals.
In-office · supervised
Starting at $150/session
NAD+ delivered directly by IV under provider supervision, following one of our tiered protocols (see pricing below). Sessions run from about 45 minutes to several hours depending on the protocol. This is our most closely supervised option and typically the starting point for new patients.
In-office · quick
$25 – $100 by dose
A quicker, lower-commitment option for patients who want to try NAD+ or maintain between IV sessions. Provider-administered, in-office, in six dose sizes: 5mg $25 · 10mg $30 · 15mg $35 · 20mg $40 · 30mg $50 · 100mg $100. May support cellular energy as part of an ongoing wellness plan.
At-home · provider-prescribed
$200 · 5mL vial
A 5mL vial, provider-prescribed for at-home use with clear guidance from your Pristine Health team — never a self-directed or DIY option. A convenient way to continue support between visits once your provider has established what's appropriate for you.
At-home · provider-prescribed
$500 · 200mg
A provider-prescribed 200mg nasal spray for at-home use between visits — often chosen by patients across the Oklahoma City metro who want low-effort, consistent support alongside in-office protocols. Provider-prescribed with guidance, never self-directed.
Pricing transparency
NAD+ therapy is a self-pay wellness service — it isn't billed as treatment for a diagnosed condition, so it's typically not covered by insurance. We'll always tell you the price before you commit to anything. Here's where pricing starts across each delivery method; full IV protocol pricing (all three tiers) is detailed below.
| Delivery method | Details | Starting price |
|---|---|---|
| NAD+ IV Infusion | per session, early protocol | $150 |
| Single NAD+ Injection | 5mg | $25 |
| At-Home NAD+ Vial | 5mL | $200 |
| At-Home NAD+ Nasal Spray | 200mg | $500 |
Your provider will confirm the right fit and your exact plan cost at your consultation.
Your care team
Every NAD+ protocol at Pristine Health is developed and supervised by a licensed APRN-CNP — never a self-selected menu item, and never an unsupervised at-home start. Your provider reviews your health history before your first session, recommends a delivery method and protocol, and checks in with you as your plan progresses.

Also a fit for…

Not just for high performers
NAD+ isn't just for high performers chasing recovery — it's also a common addition for patients focused on healthy aging and steady, day-to-day wellness. If fatigue, slower recovery, or simply feeling "off" as you age is part of a bigger picture for you, NAD+ can be one piece of a broader plan.
If hormones may be part of the picture
If hormone-related symptoms may be part of what's driving the fatigue, it can be worth discussing Bioidentical Hormone Therapy or a Functional Medicine evaluation at your consultation. NAD+ is also often discussed alongside our broader IV Infusion menu. Most patients start with a conversation about goals, not a specific product — and our providers help map the right combination from there.
Membership
If NAD+ therapy is becoming something you return to through the year, Pristine Elite includes IV infusions as a covered membership service — with member-only pricing on aesthetics and injections, under the same provider-supervised care you already know. If you're planning several sessions a year, membership may be the more cost-effective path.

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every cell of the body that plays a central role in producing cellular energy. Research suggests NAD+ levels may decline with age. At Pristine Health, NAD+ is offered as a provider-supervised wellness therapy by IV, injection, or at-home option, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
IV infusions deliver NAD+ directly into the bloodstream over a supervised session and are typically used for structured, multi-week protocols. Injections are a quicker, lower-commitment, in-office option in set dose sizes. At-home vials and nasal sprays are provider-prescribed for continued support between visits — never self-directed. Your provider can help you choose which fits your goals.
Session length depends on the protocol your provider recommends. Early sessions in a series typically run 45–60 minutes, while later sessions in higher-dose protocols can run several hours, since your provider adjusts pacing to your comfort and response. Your provider will let you know what to expect for your plan before your first visit.
It depends on your goals and the protocol your provider recommends. Some patients start with a series of weekly sessions and then space them out over time; others use NAD+ more occasionally alongside other wellness support. For a deeper look at typical scheduling patterns, see our blog post on NAD+ IV frequency and talk with your provider.
Yes — but only as prescribed by a Pristine Health provider. At-home NAD+ is available as a 5mL vial or a 200mg nasal spray, offered after an initial consultation establishes what's appropriate for you. Both come with clear guidance from our clinical team and are never intended for self-directed use without provider oversight.
Individual response to NAD+ varies from person to person, and we won't promise a specific outcome or timeline. Some patients report noticing a difference in energy within a day or two; for others, it may take a few sessions. Your provider can help set realistic expectations based on the protocol you choose.
NAD+ therapy is a self-pay wellness service and is generally not covered by insurance, since it isn't billed as treatment for a diagnosed medical condition. We offer transparent, up-front pricing across every tier and delivery option, and we're happy to walk you through the cost during your consultation, so there are no surprises.
IV nutrient therapy is a supportive wellness treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results and experiences vary. NAD+ protocols, dosing, and delivery methods are determined by your Pristine Health provider based on your health history and goals; at-home vials and nasal sprays are provider-prescribed and are not intended for self-directed use.
